Hi,
We’ve occurred a problem that I cannot fix. My client and I both have an admin account. When I use the wysiwyg I see other settings than my client does. You can see the different versions in the private content. Where can I change the settings zo my client see’s the same version as I do?
Kind regards,

There is no AdvancedTinyMCE installed. Can it be something in Avia or the theme itself? I can’t find any settings
Kind regards

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

Which plugin do I use for a temporary login? Thanks for looking in to this
Kind regards,
StefanieMarch 23, 2018 at 11:09 pm #932139Hi,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

The strange thing is that with my login credentials everything is fine. So I see a normal wysiwyg. But my colleague has another wysiwyg. Check the private credentials for login. Thanks
Kind regards,
