Hi,
sorry for my poor english.
I’ve just checked a lot of topic in the forum and i think i’ve not found a response to my problem.
I’ve got a problem with a vertical timeline. It’s included in a tab of a tabpanel. When i click on this tab, all the timeline’s items doesn’t appear, even if i scroll. I need to click on another tab and come back to the previous, or refresh the page, severals times.
I try to deactivate the animation of the timeline with parameter animation=’deactivated’ : the animation is still effective and the timeline doesn’t work better.Thank’s a lot for reply.

Thank you for contacting us.
This issue may be relayed to font loading as I see some warning related to the fonts in the browser console.
For testing purpose please create a new private test page with the tab element and timeline inside it and check if the issue persists.
If it does on the test page please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use wordpress@kriesi.at ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

i created a new test page with the vertical timeline in a tabpanel, without any javascript error : it’s not better. I’ve created a new account you should help me : see in private section.
