    I am using a timeline on my website. I’ve upload Font Awesome version 5 to the theme. The icons I’ve selected show perfectly find on desktop, but when I check on mobile the icons that show are not the ones selected. I’m not sure what the problem is. I’m hoping you can help. Thank you in advance.

    Hi idelaydis,

    Thanks for providing a link to your site however the icons are showing as squares on my end.
    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    The link which gives us some access looks like this (private content).
    You can get it by going to Users > Temporary Logins and then click on the link icon:

    Any update on this issue? I’ve tried uploading Font Awesome through Fontello several times and still can’t get it to work properly. Now the icons are showing up as blank squares. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Thanks for your help.

    After a lot of trial and error I was able to get it. Yay! I’ll list the steps here in hopes that the information will help another user.

    1. Convert Font Awesome OTF font to SVG using https://convertio.co/otf-svg/
    2. Drag and drop the converted SVG font to Fontello
    3. Click and drag a window to select all the icon that you want to use.
    4. Click Download Webfont on the Fontello website.
    5. Upload font to Enfold Theme (Theme Options… Import/Export,,, Icon Font Manager… Upload/Select Fontello Font Zip)

    That’s it! Seems to be working just fine for me on desktop and mobile. Thank you for your help.
