I think that I am missing something really obvious here.

My current website (http://globalz.com). The hero image is a single JPG image in the background of a color section. The white text is above the background. But, as the one image is sized responsively on different screens, the bottoms and the right get cut off. It makes sense that the design does that as it is difficult to keep the proportions.

In reality, the hero image is actually made up of six images put together. Is it possible for me to use the image tiles so that they will format responsively as the background of the hero image? I thought of the idea of a gallery as the hero, but I can’t see how to put the title text over it. Of course, I want the text to remain centered over the image.

In an ideal universe, I could have these tiles assemble so that the ratio of height and width remains the same — it just gets taller or smaller to extend to the full width of the screen.

Am I dreaming here? Did I describe it well enough? Thank you

    Thank you.

    Hey rmatus,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

I think this design will work better if you’re using the Layer Slider or the Full Width Easy Slider element because their height are based on the size of the images inside, not of the content.

    Best regards,

Thank you. I can do that.
Is it possible to have a text overlay for the Full Width Easy Slider. I see the caption heading. But, I want it to use the H1 CSS settings plus a few additional.

    Hi rmatus,

Could you please attach a mockup of what you’re trying to achieve?

    Best regards,

I figured it out using the LayerSlider. It is looking good now. Thank you so much.
