    I just purchased thrive leads, the editor will not open. I disabled all plugins and the editor did not open. When I used a new theme, the plugin worked properly and the editor opened.

    Thrive leads suggested I content the developers and post the error.

    Hello,
    I have exactly the same problem with the Thrive Quiz Builder. The editor is loading and loading and loading – and nothing happens.
    The Thrive team found this: https://cl.ly/rr9K and told me to tell you about it.
    The Thrive Quiz Builder worked well until last night.

    I’m not familiar with that plugin unfortunately but please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Please note that there is no guarantee that the theme can be compatible with all third party plugins out there.

    Hello Rikard,
    obviously there are a lot of people using any of the Thrive products – and all have abruptly the same problem.
    I really hope you can fix the problem!
