We have been working several months with a site based on the enfold theme without problems. In the Enfold Child / Privacy and Cookies section we have a modal popup window defined. It worked ok with the site.
Recently we have installed Thrive Architect and had several issues.
First, the responsiveness of the Thrive pages didn’t work. After investigating we cleared the cache, put the WordFence plugin on Learning mode and changed the performance settings to not merge and compress css nor js
Then the pages created with the Thrive Architect plugin are responsive, but we have a new problem. That pages (the new and the existent ones) now include at the end the text that is supposed to appear in the modal window for privacy and cookies.
Any hint about what could be the cause for that? We’d like to continue working with the modal privacy and cookie popup window, as it fits our needs.

Thank you for the inquiry.
The privacy modal requires the Lightbox Modal Window but for some reason the script that initialize this feature is not loading in the page made with the Thrive plugin. You may need to manually load or register the lightbox script for those pages. The lightbox script is inside the enfold\js\avia-snippet-lightbox.js file.
Best regards,

Now i’ve forced the load of the script as you suggest, but the problem continues. The script is loading, but the problem remains the same and by debugging the page with the console there is a thing that calls my attention.
There is a warning stating that “Ha fallado la carga del <script> con origen “SITE/wp-content/themes/enfold/js/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js?ver=4.7.6.4”.
This is spanish. In english it means that that script failed to load. Instead of “SITE” it stats the domain that you have on the private content section of the first message.
That script exists, you can load it directly by pasting the URL on the navigation bar, but for some reason it fails when loading from inside a page. I’m testing it with firefox.
With other browsers the error remains the same, but the debug information on the console varies.
Any hint about what’s happening?
