    Hi Enfold team,

    I’ve created a new freebie for my business which I would like to launch soon.
    Therefore I’ve made a new landingspage with a Mailchimp form. Unfortunately everyone who would like to download my new freebie and is already in my Mailchimp audience, gets the following error message: “This email address has already subscribed”.

    How can I prevent that?

    Hey Eefke,

    Well, it’s a valid response from Mailchimp since the email is already subscribed. You need to think of another way to give out the feebie to your existing subscribers. It’s not the theme function it’s a matter of a different business strategy.
