I receive this error anytime I want to write a new post or update my page. For some reason, I didn’t get an email pointing out the exact cause of the error. I have tried debugging by turning on WP_DEBUG to true in my wp-config but I don’t see anything to tell me the exact cause. I have already tried renaming my plugin folder etc but its not a plugin issue. I don’t know if its an error caused by Enfold. Kindly help me I’m frustrated

    Hey Ridwan,

Can you give us FTP or cPanel access on your site? so we can try to restore it.
Also please provide us with admin access.
Please put the credentials in private content.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi ridkadri,

I have checked on your site and I couldn’t find the page that showed that.
Also the FTP access does not work, I tried different FTP settings, please check.
The login credentials were accepted but I wasn’t redirected to the WP Dashboard (link in private content) where I assumed that error is showing, when I manually type the url it redirects me to the 404 page. Is this also part of the problem?

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi ridkadri,

    Thanks it works now :)
I modified the page in private content by adding a period at the end of the paragraph and it works fine.
I also tried to modify the About page and thought it wasn’t changing until I noticed that it was picking up elementor, is this the issue you are referring?
If not, can you give us steps on how we can reproduce the issue?

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi ridkadri,

I have checked your site and I’m getting following errors in the web console:

    https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/post.php 500
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

I think the issue you’re having is not related on Enfold or the plugins but the server itself.
Here’s an article with recommended fix: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-internal-server-error-in-wordpress/ if that doesn’t resolve the issue, please ask assistance from your webhost or find a more stable hosting provider.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
