Could you please send me the Themeforest Purchase code for the Enfold Themes? I can prove that I bought the theme by sending you a Web Agency’s bill from 2015.

Sorry for the problem. We don’t have access to information like that, so you would have to reach out to Envato/Themeforest for help. If you haven’t purchased the license yourself, then I don’t think they will give you any information unfortunately. If that should be the case, then you would likely have to purchase an additional license.
