    I’m having issues with my Enfold theme not automatically updating. We’re currently on version 4.5.4 and there are no updates available in the Enfold theme options. However, when I look at the Enfold changelog, the latest version is currently 4.5.7 which contains a fix we desperately need to apply.

    Things I’ve done:

    • Applied my Envato private token
    • Manually checked for updates
    • Checked if we are running any cache plugins (we are not)

    Can anybody help?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I see the same thing on my end. I’m not sure what the problem could be, but I’m guessing that your hosting provider is blocking cron jobs from external sources. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if that is the case please? If that is the case then please ask them to allow traffic from envato.com.

    Thanks for checking. I’ve spoken to our hosting provider and they have confirmed they aren’t blocking connections from/to envato.com.

    Should i consider manually updating the theme via FTP?

    I’ve just managed to resolve this issue by installing the Envato Market plugin.
