    Hey there,

    I’ve tried to install my Enfold to my 2nd website. Just got a 2nd license for it.

    Have tried wordpress installer, bluehost ftp login and now FTP (filezilla).

    Still the same issue. Got a login if somebody can help me out.

    Hi!

    Sorry for the late reply!
    I am getting “ERROR: User has not been activated.” error. Can you please activate the user?
    Also, please refer to this video tutorial and try installing the theme via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/install-enfold-theme-with-ftp/
    If that does not help, please upload enfold.zip on your server ( and tell us where ) and post FTP access here privately so we can install it for you.

    Hey!

    Now i get “ERROR: The password you entered for the username enfold is incorrect.”. Can you please check the credentials once again?
    As i said in my previous post, please upload enfold.zip on your server ( and tell us where ) and post FTP access here privately if you would like us to install it for you :)

    Hi!

    It was a permission related issue. Enfold should be successfully installed. Since WordPress logins are not working, i am not able to check it. Please check it and let us know so we can mark the thread as resolved or assist you further.

    Hey!

    I think you misunderstood me, i have uploaded the theme for you already :) It should be available in Appearance > Themes, you just need to activate it. I could not check it for you since WordPress login credentials are not working for me. I fixed permission issue as well.
