    Hi,

    My client have this Theme Version Number is 3.5.4 that need updates.

    I purchase new version also but the client has this Theme Version Number is 3.5.4. can we update this without losing the settings – https://www.dinicoladesign.com/

    Hey edgar,
    To update your version of Enfold you will need to download the latest installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New
    WordPress_Appearance_Themes_Add-Themes_Add-New.jpg
    after you choose the zip file and click install, you will see a This theme is already installed message because you are updating, you can continue
    Installing_theme_from_uploaded_file_This_theme_is_already_installed.jpg
    then you will see the Theme updated successfully message.

    I recommend first creating a full update, but I don’t expect any issues,

    Hi,
    After I update it’s look good and working takes longer to loading Screenshot 2025-02-14 024716
    keep loading only on mobile and other browser.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    We’re not seeing any issues with the site. Have you tried checking it in incognito mode? Please try to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings, then purge the cache. Let us know if the issue persists.
