    Hi
    I am currently using Enfold version 2.4.2, and running WP 3.5.2. When I upgrade to Enfold 4.1 my whole site disappears and I just get a complete blank screen not even unformatted content.

    Could you let me know if this is too big a jump in versions or do I have to upgrade versions incrementally, if this is the case how can I download previous versions of enfold.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Hey nefariousnick!

    I’m not sure what will happen when updating from a version as low as that. There may be a chance of losing some of your settings, I’m not really sure, so create a backup before hand.

    You’ll want to update WordPress to the latest version first and then update Enfold to 3.0.8 which is the latest. Also be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.

    I’m running Enfold 2.3.1 and WP 4.1. Can I upgrade that many levels of Enfold now? I customized the CSS, so I don’t want to lose all that work.
