Hi there, our previous IT person left the company and didn’t leave us any of the passwords, including the one for themeforest where we think he purchased your theme from. Can you help? the website hasn’t been updated and it running an old version of your enfodl theme (plutossama.com)
Hey Thomas,
We can help you with updating but we need a valid purchase code in order to verify that you actually own a license. You will have this problem every time you want to update unless you have access to the theme files on a Themeforest account. Could you try reaching out to the person who purchased the theme to see if he can give you login details? Otherwise I would recommend that you buy a license of your own.
