Hi,
My IG feed into site then worked after an update and has stopped working again with the latest 4.4 update.
The feed is normally viewable by scrolling to the bottom of my homepage here:
I am providing the login credentials in the private content area
For any help on this,

I checked your site.
If you use our testaccount jamie_fashion on your site it works, if I use your account on my local dev server it works.
I deleted the widget – still does not work. Also created testpages – no success.It seems, that something (your server ?) is blocking the instagram access.
I added some code to get the return status from instagramm and this is 429 (= too many requests).
Can you check this with your hoster, if there could something be blocking.
And also update Enfold to version 4.4.1 please.

In case they are blocking, please ask them to whitelist “api.instagram.com”

I have updated the theme to 4.4.1 and called Network Solutions. The guy I spoke to said it does not look like anything is blocking Instagram but the case is being forwarded to a higher level tech team to see if they can find an issue.
Strangely , when this issue would surface in the past, it was resolved when the IG and theme code was updated, so it is odd that it would be a server issue now?
Will let you know what info the tech team gets back to me with.

So strange as this was working for me until the big 4.4 update.
Any other thoughts?

Thanks for the update. We still don’t know why your account is not working. If we use a different account, the widget or the images load properly. Did you set any privacy options for this particular account?

I’m not sure if those settings affect the widget but it’s worth a try.

This is so strange, I do not have any privacy settings set to on and the only time the IG widget did not work in the past was when IG had changed some thing but you guys resolved it with an update. If I remember correctly, this stopped working after I did the big 4.4 update..

June 12, 2018 at 10:50 pm #971936I am experiencing the exact problem as this poster, and like them, I had previously repaired this problem by updating the theme. Swapping in your test account does load your account but that doesn’t help load mine. Nothing was changed on the instagram side.
