    Hi

    So i decided to update the theme by ftp and overwrite the “enfold” folder inside themes,
    didn´t work ! this is not the first time, the last time your support made the update !

    so i was frustated and decided to try new approach
    i decided to delete enfold folder and copy the new one but the theme got all mess up !!
    now i can´t figure how to resolve the problem,

    before the update i use the duplicator plug in and made a new zip
    but in this hosting company this process never work (gives an database error in the end of process )

    So now i have the site down !
    Can you help ?

    i will post WP and cpannel log ins in private content…

    Unfortunately, we won’t be able to help if the site is down. Please contact your hosting provider to restore the site back to a point when it is still working.     The site\server is not down what i wanted to say was that the site can’t be used by our clients because of this…

    Ok, it ´s done…zip in public html main folder.

    but i think something is wrong ! i also lost “enfold” option theme on WP dashboard !

    The Enfold theme is deactivated when I checked the dashboard. We enabled it back: http://plasticar.pt/wp-admin/admin.php?avia_welcome=true&page=avia

    Please update the theme to 3.1.3.

    Hi Ismael, thank you

    But the site still have problems, if you remove the index.html (i upload it because i wanted to hide the main index)
    you can see that tables and other objects are not show correctly.

    You are welcome. It seems like it is caused by special characters you use in your file names – http://i.imgur.com/fNXtqyL.png
    Please change file names and use only English letters and re-upload your images.
