    I’m a site administrator and have updated the theme via themeforest API several times but currently I’m trying to update from 3.5.4 to 3.7.1 and keep getting the message that I “do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”.

    What can I do?

    Additionally when I try to add a plugin at Plugin > Add New, the “Add New” feature does not exist. What can I do about this?
