    When attempting to update theme through “Theme Updates”, it says no updates available, even though we know we are a few releases behind (we are stuck on 3.0.4)
    We already entered the correct Themeforest API Key and username: See screenshot in “private content” for details.

    thank you, but we have done that for the last three updates, and it is cumbersome. I am hoping you can tell me how to get the built in feature working for us.

    Hi!

    Can you send us a WordPress login so we can check your settings?

    Also try deactivating all of your plugins and clear your cache while testing.
