Theme update issues

Hi,
When we try to update our site using the theme update feature in the Enfold Child Theme we receive an error message, and the parent version of Enfold disappears. Is this something you can look at and let me know if i just need to install a new version of Enfold parent theme? Obviously we don’t want to lose all the customizations and settings we’ve put into developing the site. Info for the site is below. Thanks!
