    Hi i have a plugin call prevent direct access.

    In the past was all ok. Until the recent update your theme, my css all went wrong.

    It is working fine if we using wp login to view the site. Once logout it becomes trouble.
    May i know how should we solve this? Should i refer to enfold template developer or the plugin?

    Please advise and check my login access in private content.

    Hey swotmarketing,

    You don’t need this code to include parent theme css, it already included. Can you please remove it and see if the issue remains?

    Hi,

    Did you create a custom No Access Page? Please create one with the ALB then set it as the “No Access Page” in the PDA panel.

    Hi Ismael, thank for your answer. But sorry i am not really technical guy. Would you able to explain further what do you meant? I am using prevent direct access plugin only. What do you meant by ALB and set as no access page in PDA panel? Please advise.

    Hi,

    I’m sorry for the confusion. We created a page called “No Access Page” and set it as the “No Access Page” in the “Prevent Direct Access Gold” panel. I think it reverts the design of the 404 page back to normal. ( see private field )

    Hi Ismael, i think i understand what you meant. Did you check the design using firefox browser? Design was ok when using chrome. But firexfox still odd.

    Sorry, i should say, if i use mac, it is working fine for chrome, but odd for firefox. When use window pc, it is odd for both browser. Please advise.

    Btw, the css was applied on the global setting, i do not think i can use ALB to apply on PDA panel.
