    Hi there,

    I just updated to the new Enfold theme (4.0.4) and it somehow messed up most of my images in WordPress at supersisterfitness.com and on all my subdomains. They won’t load and only display a broken image link now.

    It is weird, because it’s not ALL of the images… a small handful are still displaying. But most are gone, broken.

    Please help! This is urgent. Thanks :)

    OOPS – I just checked again, and it is definitely ALL my images are gone.

    Yes, I had to install a backup with my host. It reverted the update to the new theme, so I’m currently running an older version of Enfold.

    I’m scared to update now because I don’t want to lose all the images again. Please advise!

    Hi,

    We can’t determine what is going wrong unless we can see the problem in action, would you be able to duplicate your site to a staging environment for us to perform the update on?
