    Hi there,
    I have just acquired a client with a website based on your Enfold theme: http://www.vinialois.it/alois

    Because of the very old version of WP, I have to manage a big update. So I have set up a staging copy of the site: http://www.vinialois.it/aloistaging and updated the WP version to the the last 5.5.3, but the theme (v.3.0.4) does not work.

    I would update the theme to last version (if this could be a solution) but I’m not the original buyer on Envato. How can I get the updated theme?

    Hey Luigi Astarita,

    Thanks for contacting us!
    Unfortunately, the theme can only be downloaded in ThemeForest/envato using the account that was used to purchase it.
    I would suggest contacting the client if he/she can download in his/her account and pass it to you, otherwise, I would suggest purchasing a new one using your account.
