    Hi!
    I updated the theme and I lost all the customisations.
    I followed the instructions and renamed the enfold folder and I used also the plugin you suggested and didn’t work.
    All the customisation went lost even though I have a child theme. How is that possible?! Can you help me please? I have a backup with updraft plus, what do I have to do to have my lost customisations back please?

    Hey sparkylab,

    I don’t know how that could happen, where can we see the problem? If you have a backup then I would suggest that you use it as that is what its for.
