    Hi there,

    After updating to 4.2.3, the contact form fields layout have defaulted back to full width and can’t be adjusted anymore. Please have a look at the reservation form link pasted. Tried clearing cache, disabled plugins but can’t find a workaround to the issue.

    Hey Jon,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Login credentials did not work for me. I tried a couple of variations :)

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, login details are working now. Though I can’t see anything wrong with the contact form there, the keep within the layout element you have put them into and the image on the right is next to it on my end. Did you try clearing the cache from your browser and caching plugin? If that doesn’t help then please post a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end and how you want to change it.

    Hi,
    Sorry I was unable to login, and now seem to now be locked out. I see your css is coming from a minifying plugin with this address:
    /wp-content/cache/minify/4ff13.css
    Can you please disable the minifying and caching plugin. Can you also try using the Temporary Login Without Password plugin, as I see we have been having login issues.
    I assume your form layout was created with custom css, so can you also include ftp access, I would like to see if your custom css is still at:
    /wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/enfold.css or enfold_child.css

    Hi,

    I see that modified contact.php file on your child theme. Could you please try copying a fresh copy from Enfold 4.2.3 parent theme and apply the same changes you applied on the file? I tried to switch to parent theme temporarily to check and it worked fine so updating the file should solve the issue :)
