I’m the site manager for this company. The site was developed by someone who left the company, and purchased the theme for the business prior to leaving, so I don’t have access to proof of purchase.
Right now, the live site is not reflecting styles of menus, buttons, and paragraph text (at least). I’ve cleared caches, toggled CSS minify, toggled lazy load, toggled the CSS File Compression And Merging in Enfold > Performance Settings. I can’t seem to figure out why the stylesheet isn’t being loaded right away on the live site, but all previews and Customize look correct. Help, please!

The site displays perfectly fine on our end. Would you mind providing a screenshot of the issue? You can use platforms like Savvyify, Imgur or Dropbox to upload and share the screenshot. Here are the steps to follow:
