Theme support forum

This is my second attempt to get an answer to this.

I bought the enfold theme 6 months ago and just paid for another 6 months support.

I am unable to get this support.
Why? because your support forum will not send me a password when I registered.

The Author contact form that Envato sent me I filled in but I received a email back saying that it was no longer monitored and that I should submit through this the sale support contact.

So pre-sales how the heck do I get this resolved when I cannot log into the forum or send my problem to anyone.
