    I would like to buy theme support for Enfold. My client bought the theme back in August and the support has expired. I have the purchase code from Envato but not the login details. Can you please let me know how I sign up with my ‘expired’ purchase code and renew the support?

    Hey Simone Rohler,

    You can extend the support period through Themeforest, we don’t handle any sales ourselves. If you can’t access your Themeforest account then maybe you could try requesting a new password? If you can’t remember the email you used either then I would have to direct you to Envato/Themeforest support.

    Hi Rikard
    I spoke to Themeforest/Envato and I have reestablished access to my account.
    Now, I am wondering if you could help me with one more request. My client bought the theme in August and has only now passed it all on to me. The support has expired but since neither of us ever made use of it I was hoping that maybe you could extend it instead of me buying new support? I have the purchase code now.

    We do not make support policy and we have to follow the themeforest support policy. You can speak with themeforest regarding that and in case you have an active registration key please register here kriesi.at/support/register with your item purchase code .

    Go to https://kriesi.at/support/ select the theme you purchased bookmark the URL.
    Example: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold

    Scroll to the bottom of the page to open a new ticket.
