    I have purchase a Theme and it comes with 6 months support but I don’t see where I can ask a question, call some or post a question. Help please?

    You can register to our support forum here – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start new threads under Enfold sub forum.

    To fix the issue, please add following code to Functions.php file in Appearance > Editor 

    
add_theme_support('avia_no_session_support');

    Thanks Yigit- Would I just paste that in there at the top of that page or does it need to be in a specific location? I am new to wordpress and know just the basics.

    Hey!

    You need to add that at the file called functions.php.
    And to make sure you do not loose it, at any update, please also create a child theme.

    Hi Chad!

    I have added the code to bottom of Functions.php file.
    I could not see any errors prior to adding the code but i would make sure that error will not show up.

    It’s working! I think it was the Yoast plugin. I started getting the error myself yesterday and deactivated Yoast and everything went back to normal. Do you know why that plugin would cause the error?

    Also, if you are familiar with Yoast, does it have to be always on for SEO or can I use it for the suggestions, make the changes and then deactivate it and the changes will still help with SEO?

    It must be a temporary hiccup. As i said, with the code in functions.php, it should not show up anymore. It should stay activated.

    Now I am not getting any emails from any of the forms when they are filled out? Any thoughts or solutions here? Sucks because I just paid for an ad on FB and should have received many responses from the forms.
