Theme Stolen

Dear Sir / Madam,

First of all sorry for my English.
I was wondering if you could help me out.

I bought your theme and installed it on multiple websites.
I was building a website with Enfold for my customer. And when we where finished he made a copy of the site and removed my login and moved it to another hosting.

I was wondering if i could shutdown the theme licence on distance because he never actually paid me for making it. And i feel used.

I know it might seem weird to you but i just want to shutdown the website i made because i paid for the theme but never received my money back from him. And i still wanna use the theme on different websites because i love working with it.
