    When I try to update into in the Header or Footer using the theme settings the response is “Saving didn’t work. Please reload the page and try again”

    I’ve looked at other similar threads and have done these steps:
    cleared cache in browsers
    hard clear of browser
    turned off plugins
    Updated to most recent version of Enfold
    Updated theme 2x via ftp’s with overwrite

    Can you please tell me why this is happening?

    Oh and my memory is set to 256M in wp-config.
    define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );

    Hi Basilis, thanks for your help.
    I am trying to update the phone number in Header > Extra Elements and in the Footer in the copyright line.
    I have tried to change these items on 2 different Macs and a PC. no luck.

    Hi,

    Please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)
    Also, can you please provide us a temporary FTP access (via private data field)?

    Yes, of course you can turn plugins off. No problem.
