Hello!
I am using Enfold theme for my company website and I need to update it in order to keep it working smoothly. I’m having issues with using the advanced layout builder since the latest wordpress update. Unfortunately I am not in contact with the developers that originally purchased the theme and therefore I cannot login or find my envato token. This also means I can’t login to the forums to ask support questions! Is there anything you can do to help me with this? I’m at a dead end here.

We can’t help you out with your license unfortunately, you would have to get it from the person who bought it. If you can’t get it, then I would recommend that you purchase a new license. Otherwise you will have this problem every time you want or need to update, or access the theme files.
