March 10, 2017 at 5:28 am #758683Hi,
Thanks for that. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please? If that is not the case then you could try overwriting the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

We have a child theme and have done some customizations.
Which theme folder should we overwrite – Enfold or Enfold-Child? Will we lose customizations by replacing the files?
March 11, 2017 at 6:30 am #759269Hi,
Please overwrite the parent, you will not lose any customisations unless you have put them in the parent theme, everything in the child theme should be safe. Please do a backup of your site in case anything should go wrong though.

I overwrote the parent theme folder as you had suggested. However, there is no change. Theme Options page is still the same.
Pls advise.Thanks!
March 23, 2017 at 8:25 am #765228Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. Did you try my earlier suggestion to disable all plugins? It looks like there is a conflict coming from one of them on the theme page.

It didn’t solve the issue.Thanks!
March 24, 2017 at 5:49 am #765881Hi,
Ok, thanks for the feedback. Are we allowed to disable plugins in order to debug?

RikardMarch 24, 2017 at 9:54 am #766005If you mean disabling plugins for testing, yes! Thanks for all the help.
Just a request: pls notify me on email id below when you are doing the test. Thanks!
March 25, 2017 at 6:47 am #766501Hi,
Thanks for that, it’s seems like it’s not a plugin conflict. The problem is that the site can’t find some files necessary to display the theme options correctly. Could you verify that the files in private exist on your server please?

RikardAugust 1, 2017 at 8:53 am #832678Hi,
There is no /services folder in the directory.
I installed the theme on a staging site and checked the directory.
Couldn’t find the services folder in that directory too.August 2, 2017 at 6:10 am #833167 -
