Tagged: theme-options
Hi! I found this question asked earlier but it was closed to replies. I went through the steps indicated in that post (the ones I could follow). When I deactivate one of my plugins the all of the theme options show up but when I activate that plugin the majority of the theme options disappear. So there must be some conflict but I don’t know how to fix it.
Steps I’ve taken:
1) Contacted the host to see about the php memory limit it is set at 128 and can not be raised
2) deactivated plugins to find the culprit
3) looked for an error log but I don’t think I’ve had any errors yet (so no log)
Hey uptrendco,
As the theme options appear when the plugins are deactivated it appears to be a plugin conflict.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:
1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.
We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,
Vinay
