    I have imported enfold theme but when I go to theme options the button option to import pages, categories etc is not there.Also within the Demo download section all the demos give an error when trying to download.

    Thank you for contacting us :) We are happy to help you. We need to take a closer look at this issue Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • the URL to the login screen
    • a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
    • as well as a password for that username

    Hi,

    The max_execution_time directive is set to 30 seconds. Please ask your hosting provider to increase it to at least 300 seconds or 5 minutes. You can also increase it manually: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-fatal-error-maximum-execution-time-exceeded-in-wordpress/
