    After having installed the Theme the Enfold options do show up but all the subcategories at the left do not show up including:

    The Options, Styling, General Settings, Header, Sidebar and Footer.

    I installed wordpress 4.2.1 and Version: 3.1.5 of Enfold.

    All plugins are deactivated and I installed the Theme 2 times via FTP.

    So I also cant upload dummy staff etc.

    Does anyone know a solution?

    problem solved itself after i uploaded a logo…. did not understand why…
