    Hi there,

    Our site is not showing the theme or any CSS at all. It was working fine on Friday. I haven’t installed any new Plugins.

    I had our web hosting provider restore a backup from a week ago, and the site worked temporarily for a few minutes, then returned to it’s current state of no theme or CSS. (website link below)

    Do you have any ideas on this?

    Hey Robyone925!

    Please remove the Cache plugin and regenerate the CSS files, and as it seems it will work back for you.

    One question regarding this though Basilis – does this mean that I will have to look for an alternative plugin to W3 Total Cache? This has been a good plugin to speed up our site and decrease loading times.

    Hi!

    You can disable CSS minifying feature, apply your custom css and then flush cache and enable CSS minifying.

    Hi Yigit,

    Thanks for your response.

    I’ve disabled the CSS and Javascript Minifying feature – and flushed the cache. This is great because the site now works. But if I enable the Minifying feature again – the CSS is again stripped out.

    Do you have any further ideas? Thanks again for your help.

    Hey!

    You have to play around with settings to see which one works for your site and which ones do not. If you have no luck with the W3 minify function then you could try another plugin like BWP Minify: https://wordpress.org/plugins/bwp-minify/
