Your currently using Enfold 2.9.2. Updating to the latest version, 3.0.4, should fix this.
See here for updating via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.

November 30, 2014 at 5:16 pm #360303Hey!
The files will be overwritten so if you have edited any of the files then those customizations will be lost.

ElliottNovember 30, 2014 at 6:05 pm #360312Updating to the new version does not fix this issue, per the other support topics indicating that there is a massive gap between browsers. For example, Avia_Slider only works on one version of chrome, and not on firefox or safari. Updating does NOT solve this issue alone. The update itself is lacking vital code for cross browser compatibility, and this is in relation to the theme short codes which are native to the theme. Please advise.

@addwebtoday: If possible, please stick to your own thread. It won’t help leaving negative comments on all threads, just because you’re frustrated. We’re really trying our best to help each and every users who are experiencing any issues on the theme. Your claim that the update or theme is lacking vital code for cross browser compatibility is intriguing. Can you please provide any information regarding that? I tested the page with the sliders and created another test page and they’re working fine. Please check your own thread here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/avia-slider-disappeared-randomly/

IsmaelDecember 1, 2014 at 8:37 am #360646I sincerely feel there is no reason imposing your updates and ultimately we pay price for the same.
Its like now we will have to spend about 30 of our precious hours to do the correction for the client without being paid for.
Who shall be responsible for this? and will Kriesi pay for our damages?
December 1, 2014 at 1:49 pm #360749Hey!
@secinverse: The update will not alter or change any content that you currently have. WordPress 4.01 added a lot of security changes which breaks some of the theme elements. You can have the fix on version 3.0.4. Please refer to this link for more info on how to update the theme properly: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/In order to prevent this issue in the future, please disable the WordPress auto update.
