    Our client Maappn has one director with this phone below and all we see when she uses the phone is the AVI code not the pages. Do you have some suggestions we have looked through docs, changed the various setting offered in the theme nothing.

    Did you test it on major browsers like Chrome or Firefox? Most browsers bundled with mobile devices, especially android, lacks features / technologies which is required to run modern websites.
