My website is running WordPress 6.3 using Enfold 5.6.6. I previously had a problem where the website was not displaying properly and I assumed it to be a plugin update as a root cause although I couldn’t determine which one specifically. I performed a restore of the website, which solved the problem. The problem just occurred again but this time, a restore is not working to correct the display of the site.
Can you tell what has been corrupted by looking at the site? Is there something I can look at to help diagnose?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the update.
We get the following error when we try to login to the site.
You are not allowed to log in
Please try these steps instead:
- Install and activate the “Temporary Login Without Password” plugin. You can find it here.
- Once activated, navigate to “Users > Temporary Logins” in the left-side menu.
- Click on “Create New” to generate a temporary login.
- Enter the email address for the account (you can use wordpress@kriesi.at) and select the highest possible role. Set the expiry date to around four days to ensure enough time for debugging.
- Click “Submit” to create the temporary account.
- In the private section, provide us with the URL that allows us to access the temporary login and assist you.
Please note that once your issue is resolved, you can remove the plugin. Alternatively, if you prefer not to use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and share the login credentials in the “private data” field.

However, I also stated that only people located in the US are allowed access. If you tell me the country of residence, I can grant access. But going forward, please read the details I’ve supplied so we don’t unnecessarily delay a resolution. I will wait for you to tell me the country of residence so I can grant access.

Thank you for the update.
To fix the issue, we temporarily disabled the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings to regenerate the scripts and stylesheets. You can re-enable the file compression settings back once you’re done editing the site.

I looked at the website and it still looks corrupted.
You might have viewed a cached version of the page. The site seems to be displaying correctly on our end, aside from the logo which could use some adjustment.
