Hiya.
It’s been a while since I used WP and I wonder if I missed something. I completed the homepage which looks good while logged in, but viewing in a private window or on mobile only shows the default Enfold text and layout. I checked Reading and General Settings, set Permalinks, and checked language settings. I’m stumped. Can you help?July 18, 2023 at 8:31 pm #1413644Hey veronica866,
If you are getting different results depending on if you are logged in or not, then the problem is likely due to caching. Try clearing all caches to see if that helps.
If you should need further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardJuly 18, 2023 at 9:09 pm #1413649Sorry I wasn’t clear — I’ve had a few people around the world take a look and they’re seeing the default Enfold content. I also have done hard refreshes and looked at the site in a private window. Admin infos are below. Thanks!
July 19, 2023 at 8:39 am #1413667Hi,
Thank you for the update.
We reset the options in the Settings > Reading panel. You only need to set the home (front) and blog page in the Enfold > Theme Options panel. Please make sure to purge the cache before checking home page again.
Best regards,
IsmaelJuly 19, 2023 at 9:19 am #1413675Unfortunately that did not help. I had added the home page to the Settings>Reading panel as an attempt to solve the issue. It was a problem before I made those adjustments. Are you checking the home page in a private window or while logged out before replying? I am looking at it in private windows and multiple browsers and it still only shows the Enfold default homepage (sidebar, filler text). Only my logo is correct.
