Hi, I love your theme and have used it for several of my clients’ websites. I recently tested the theme on http://gtmetrix.com/ and found that my website has a very slow loading speed and a very bad grade (F). So, I compared it to your demo theme installation website and fond that yours has a higher grade even though we use the same theme. Can you tell me of any plugins you are using that might help me optimize my website and get it to load faster? Also, how do I defer parsing of javascript?

JosueI am already using wp super cache. I dont understand why my grade is an F and yours is a B with the same theme. Please give me a list of all the plugins you are using. I really want to improve this grade.

Afaik those are the only two plugins Kriesi uses on the demo page (BWP Minify and WP Super Cache), that being said if you compare the results you’d note that there are some other things you’d need to cater on your own, like gzip compression and serve scaled images.

I tried many plugins about page speed using Enfold (big or small sites) wp super chache and bwp minify helps but I think not enough!
I will recommend W3 Total Cache: https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/ and WP Smush.it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smushit/ both are very helpful around load speed but complicated and advanced! Please be careful, may be W3 Total Cache is not compatible and not updated to WP 4 now!
The highest result that I got: A-95 and B-88
