Thank you for the inquiry.
Did you extract the actual enfold.zip file from the downloaded package before uploading it to the site? Please provide a screenshot of the issue or error using platforms like Savvyify, Imgur or Dropbox. Or post the login details in the private field so that we can check the site properly.
Best regards,

The site is currently hosted on my computer as a local host so i can’t give you a URL admin etc. Any other thoughts?
Thanks
Pete
August 2, 2024 at 8:55 pm #1463675Hi,
Thanks for the clarification. Did you try to unzip the folder in question and copy it to the themes folder?

RikardAugust 3, 2024 at 10:30 pm #1463734Where did you try to upload it? it sounds as if someone set the upload_max_filesize to a given value (8388608)
because 8MB = 8388608 Bytesthere are different reasons on that. Maybe you hoster ( because your installation is on your local computer this is not the case ) set a value on default to 8MB or some plugins do – or an entry in htaccess file or php.ini etc. etc.
August 3, 2024 at 10:34 pm #1463735Hi,
the site is currently hosted on my computer as a local host
sounds like your local host is set to 8mb, try creating a live site so we can view and help, we can’t help with local hosts.
Best regards,
MikeAugust 6, 2024 at 11:48 am #1463932Hi, I have managed to resolve the problem by dragging and dropping the enfold folder into the themes folder that site in the wp-content folder of the wordpress site in htdocs.
Cheers
Pete
