The system is saying my license expired 5 years ago, yet I had to re-purchase it last year, and have had forum support last year too.
I did a theme update today, and the website made some odd changes. I need support, hence my visit to the forum. But it’s saying my license expired???Hi Siobhan,
Your theme license will never expire, but your support period will. If you need to renew it, then please refer to this: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support
We recently implemented a check for a valid support on the forum, since it’s a requirement from Themeforest/Envato.
