When I try to post a support question, a message appears saying that my license expired on july 24th, 2020. But that doesn’t make sense, as I have used the support forums many times this year?
Can you please clarify this for me, as I really need support for a question concerning multiple frontpages/different URL’s.

    Kind regards
    Sheila

    Hey Sheila,

    Thanks for contacting us!

We have implemented the requirement for a valid ThemeForest support period in order to be able to post on the support forum. This has been a requirement for ThemeForest authors for a long time, but we wanted to wait as long as possible to implement it. Here’s a statement from @kriesi, as to why this was implemented:

The main reason is basically that it is long overdue since ThemeForest requires it from its authors, and I was asked to finally comply with this rule

You will still receive theme updates however if you would like to post on the forums, you would need to renew your support period on ThemeForest – https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990

    Best regards,
