Hi,
I hired a webtech to build my website (www.candy-chrome.co.uk) some time ago.
I believe he bought the theme ‘Propulsion’ at the time when he designed the site – and this was all included in the fee I paid him.
I don’t have an account with you personally.However since around september/October this year, I have been experiencing problems with my site – it will no longer allow me to add media or set a featured image.
I am told by my host service and my old web tech that is it a problem with the theme, as we have explored all other avenues.I really don’t want to lose my website functionality, or have to re design it from scratch again, so I’d like to ask you to take a look at it if you will and see if we can’t fix them problem.

Sorry yes – I thought I was emailing somebody initially, not making a forum post!
Up until September this year, Propulsion was working just fine.
Since then however, I now cannot upload images to my posts, add media, set a featured image or even view the HTML mode.
My host service have tried everything they can – this is not a hosting issue. Neither is it a WordPress problem.
I have had web tech’s look at the problem and all we can guess is that it is a problem with the theme.
You designed/provided this theme – so I am contacting you for help.
Do I need to re-install the theme? Is it a common problem? Do you know what to do about this?Hi Amy,
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look? Which version of php are you running?
