    Hi
    Im experiencing issues installing the theme to my host (vidahost)

    The Theme is not installing any media? The main issue coming when i try to install a demo theme. I get an error saying it has failed.
    I enclose a link in private content to an image showing the errors.

    I have experienced this issue last time i try to use the theme and demo import. But that time it installed the demo but again had no media.
    I just gave up and imported images from elsewhere to get the demo theme where i needed it.

    Any ideas??

    Hey perprod,

    Thanks for the login details and screenshot, did you check the permission settings for the upload folder on your WordPress installation? Also, which demo are you looking to import?

    Its a fresh install so permissions i would have thought would be correct.
    the demo is the Enfold 2017

    Hi perprod,

    You need to be running at least php 5.6.3. Please upgrade and try importing demo again.

    My host has updated to php 7.0 – still no luck. Still getting errors when importing a demo theme?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback, I wanted to login and try to import the demo though the login details you posted are not working anymore. Could you check and verify please?

    Update – the host has changed some permissions which has allowed me to install the demo theme. But the media bin is empty, the demo logo missing etc. I know this can all be fixed as i wouldnt be using the demo images etc… but i just want to know why its not just installing as it should? And why its just started to happen. Login info is above.

    Hi,

    That means that there are more options to be fixed on the server, so the images can be imported.
    php memory limit to 512M please
