    Hello,
    I have a problem: I can not install the theme Enfold!! :(
    I’m uploading Enfold via WordPress administrative pannel, where there is already a different active theme. But halfway through the upload I get redirected to an error page “Something went wrong”.
    I also tried loading the theme unpacked via ftp in the wp-content / theme and nothing!
    Please, can you help me?
    WordPress and Enfold are updated to the latest version.
    Credentials in private.

    Hey topmedialab,

    Thanks for the login details, though I get an error when trying to login. Please see private. Also, where can we access the theme files which you are trying to install?

    Hello,
    please try again, credentials in private content.
    I uploaded the Enfold theme folder via ftp in “/wp-content/themes”. The theme is seen by WordPress but if I activate it, the page goes into error (“HTTP ERROR 500”).

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update. I can’t find the theme inside the Appearance > Themes panel. Please download the latest copy from your themeforest account then upload it again to the themes folder.
