Hi, I opened #1228369 four days ago but it’s left unanswered, so I am opening a new one. PLEASE respond this time!

My site is having a big problem with Google, which stopped indexing my site saying it has a lot of problems. One of them is in mobile friendly test, it’s “text too close to read” and “clickable elements too close together,” according to GSC.

When I check the screen seen by Google bot (not the actual screen we see when we Google search), it’s showing the menu bar horizontally with the hyperlink, and it’s pretty much all I see in the screen. I usually use text size 12pt, and Google bot says okay for other pages they decided to index.

This is one of the pages with the problem.

Is this menu bar issue (which takes up most of the screen when seen by Google bot) something fundamental with the theme? I even tried not use menu bar at all, but it seems like you don’t have that option. Is there anything I can do to fix the problem?

I am so frustrated…please respond. Thanks!

    Hey mfuji,

We have responded to your other thread, there no point in starting more than one thread for the same problem: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/menu-bar-incompatible-with-google-mobile-indexing/. Please continue in your first thread, I’ll close this one for now.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
