Theme Gifting

Sorry I didn’t know where else to ask this and the support forum didn’t exactly seem the most appropriate. I purchased Enfold because of its high ranking status and while its complete in its features, its just not the right theme for me so I have moved on. Since I know I am stuck with the license, I am wondering if at least I am able to gift it to someone so that its not a complete loss. Is this allowed?

If you want to know, I moved on to the theme called Impreza. Simply because I do like the deep integration with Visual Composer. Avia Builder is great but not nearly as versatile as Visual Composer. Also, the unlimited ability to uniquely customize the header without heavy CSS coding. I went through about a week of CSS coding and adjustments working with your techs in the support channel and there was just no way to overcome the behavior flaws on mobile versus tablet versus desktop. I had to move on in the interest of time.
