Theme for Multi Vendor Listing SERVICES

Hi,
I am trying to build a landscaping website where multiple vendors can list their landscaping services (only after subscribing to our package) , The contractors can dispaly their garden designs and creations on their pofile page, the gallery should look good like a real estate premium gallery (As my potential customers are old, they need to feel it).

Additionaly I need the following

1. A community forum page for gardeners,
2. A project board where the customers can post their requirement and can ask for bid from the gardeners on our website
3. A calculator page
4. A marketplace where I can list the gardening items and sell
5. Banners (optional on every page) – The vendors can display their advertisement on our page provided they pay for it.
6. Employment page where the gardeners can hire gardening crew, or the job seekers can apply for jobs.
7. Customers should have the ability to review the gardeners.

Can you provide me a theme which has all these features or any theme which has mostly all these things I need.
